De beschrijving van het huisje klopt niet met de werkelijkheid: airco niet in hele huis, alleen beneden huisje is niet vrijstaand maar geschakeld huisje is niet schoon maar stoffig dus niet hypoallergenisch zwembad is niet prive maar gedeeld en is niet uitgerust met voldoende ligstoelen voor alle gasten Extra services extreem overpriced: wine tour en het diner. Niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Het diner moet je bijvoorbeeld zelf opwarmen in de magnetron. Ik voelde me niet serieus genomen over de aangedragen klachten. Huisje is niet te doen zonder airco boven in hitte. Wij begrijpen dat er een hittegolf was maar dat neemt niet weg dat de airco ontbrak op de bovenverdieping en dus feitelijk niet bruikbaar was tijdens verblijf.
