Apartment in the old hamlet, where the restaurant is located, and about 500 meters from the farmhouse and swimming pool.
The 98 square meter apartment on the ground floor has 6 beds. It is on two floors, has two bedrooms (with double bed or two single beds), living room with sofa bed (for two persons) and two bathrooms (one with shower, and a toilet).

This beautiful vineyard and resort dominates a beautiful landscape of vineyards, olive groves, corn fields and cypress trees that are typical of Tuscany, especially the Florentine hills of Montespertoli. We have 16 apartments in several old barns and restored cottages. 2 apartments are located in the farmhouse next to the pool (14x7, open from May to October), 10 are located in the small hamlet where the restaurant is located, 500 meters from the pool. Another 4 apartments are located in another farmhouse 200 meters from the restaurant and the pool. The apartments are furnished with special care to the comfort of the guests.
The farmhouse organizes wine tasting tours as well as a visit to the cellar.
On the estate guests will also find a small museum of old cars ".
At guests' disposal a barbecue, internet wi-fi connection, washing machine, children's playground.
