Very Friendly staff. Large bed. Quiet locality. Value for money. No disturbance. Cheap water dispenser at the entrance. Coin washing machine for laundry.
Room's cleanliness could be improved, there was layer of dust on the furnitures. Need to walk a bit to reach Punnawithi BTS. The single room key is needed to access lift and front door, making it inconvenient if one member wants to go out.

staff helpful. room is good. king bed comfortable. a nice touch: light switches AND small lamp bedside
be sure to plug in the fridge as soon as you arrive! there is a kettle, microwave is in the hall next to the elevator tv local channels only
please do not come in and close my windows when im out. A/C is off, i want fresh air not musty odor
not a quiet space. walls are thin. A/Cs
are LOUD! you will be listening to everyone else's A/Cs rumble day and night
Building is 900 meters (3000 feet) from main road and BTS station, down very busy narrow alleys. add another 300 meters for nearest malls/supermarkets
