Heritage Exotica Villa - 4BHK, Baga

The villa was very neat and clean. They have maintained hygene very well with respect to, kitchen, utensils, bathrooms, sofa and dining table and other in room resources. They have allowed early checkin for more than 4 hours on our request. They have dedicated parking for the villa's guests. Also, we requested for late checkout to wrap up things as we had our toddler with us. Mr. Ashish (Prop Manager) and the caretaker were very polite. Overall from booking this property till the checkout, resort staffs were very much supportive. They have helped us in booking rental cars on a short notice. Garden and pool areas are also very nicely maintained.

Swimming pool was well maintained. But still my wife got a deep cut due to broken tile in one of the corner. I hope the management will fix it soon. The only thing that we (as a group) disagreed was, only complete swimsuits are allowed for using swimming pools. I think they should allow using pool with clean cloths for non-swimmer in small pool as they may not carry swimsuits.

The chef cooked in the villa and all his dishes were very tasty and good. The host, Ashish was very helpful and responded quickly to some of our concerns. Raju also took care of our needs well.

We were sent a note by Villa owners that it was ‘a Villa with a pool giving an impression to those who didn’t read the entire details on Booking.com that we had an exclusive pool. We complained to Jacks holidays that this was unfair and they should clearly state that pool is common in their Whatsaap communication where they out pressure on us for full advance payment . The shower in the pool was not working at all The ac in the upper bedroom worked in fits and bursts late night with the motherboard being replaced only the next evening or 20 th Aug which caused great inconvenience. The water in the pool kept reducing to nearly half on 21 st Aug by when we had given up .

The housekeeping staff and especially Abhay (housekeeping staff) a wonderful person a very helpful, lookout for Abhay if you choose this Villa. Rooms are good, owner is also a nice himan being, very cooperative, approachable and helpful. Villa is neat and we'll kept.

The swimming pool rules. Indian ladies and elderly ladies can't or rather don't want to wear swimming costumes as they are not comfortable in those dresses but that shouldn't stop them from entering swimming pools and enjoying the water. We were also humiliated and abused by a co owner and were asked to leave the swimming pool just because my mother hadn't worn swimming costume.
