Dirty and the owner is unresponsive

Palaiseau is nice, and the location worked for me because I had work in Orsay. It's very far away from Paris.

The room was dirty and smelly, I couldn't get in touch with the owner, even Booking can't get in touch with them. The neighbours were loud, the WiFi didn't work, the towels smelled, the fridge was dirty, the furniture was broken, and I wasn't provided an invoice for work, which caused problems for me. The worst apartment I've ever been to, and at 70 EUR per night you are better off sleeping in a park. The washing machines were always in use, and the bedding would stay in the washer for days before it would be put into the drier.

I don't know. The studio seemed well kept but was too hot for sleeping...

The room could not be aerated because you can't open the window. The staircase to the studio was dusty. I found the key in the locker, the explanation was given in time. The humidifier - ? - was working but producing warm air, so it did'nt help. I did not stay.

i got stuck because of the keys for 2 hours while the owner of the house didn’t respond and closed his phone unable to reach him the drinkable water has bad taste no ventilation in the wc —> leading to bad smell in the bedroom kitchen not clean, specially the stuff to use

Very comfortable apartment and nice owner. The room was clean with everything you need. A supermarket is 5 min from the apartment, a big free car park (if you can't find the places on the street) is 10 mins walk. The instructions about finding the apartment/picking up the key were clear and also Paris is easily accessible by train.

AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS - book the B&B Hotel instead!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

After having the booking confirmed and codes supplied (I booked 2 apartments), we arrived after a 6hr drive to find no keys in the lock boxes; we tried opening the door to one of the apartments to find someone in there. They had double booked BOTH APARTMENTS and didn’t realise until we questioned them about it. it took about 45mins to find out what the problem was. The security guard arrived and was speaking to someone on the phone. At that stage we received an email from them blaming a syncing problem with AirB&B and advising us that the accommodation was no longer available-sorry. They left the booking as confirmed so I then had to waste my time to put in a complaint/dispute with Bookings.com to get a refund. Upon reflection, I’m glad it happened as the property looked really dirty and we ended up getting some beautiful clean rooms with really lovely people in attendance at the B&B Hotel about 5miles away for a similar cost.

The studio has very good location near RER B. The internet works well

The toilet was very dirty. Terrible smell from the drain hole in the bathroom. It is very cold inside, the heating didn't work. Washing machines were not available during all the week. One can hear every sound from the near studio.

Le séjour était bien, la propriétaire très gentille. Pour rester quelques jours l’appartement est super.

Les indications pour accéder à l’appartement sont claires, le chauffage fonctionne bien et l’appartement est propre.

Les murs sont très fins, on peut entendre les conversations comme si on était avec eux. Des odeurs de cigarette ce font sentir de temps en temps ce qui n’était pas très agréable

L’emplacement, la rue, le stationnement.

L’accès à la boîte à clé complique. Boîte bloquée dépannée par la femme de Ménage avec 3 coups de poing. Les escaliers en mauvais état. Le plancher rayé et sale. La literie. Matelas tâche d’urine et autres déjections juste bon pour la dechetterie. La saleté autour des plinthes. Le rideau (!?) de la fenêtre fixe. L’escalade pour la fermeture de la de fenêtre de toit. Le frigo sale et garni de nourriture. Le micro onde avec une assiette de nourriture. Un aérosol traînant sous la table. L’écart entre vos photos et la réalité

J'ai apprécié le fait que ça soit plutôt propre, surtout la petite salle de bain bien entretenu. Le logement est asser grand et très mignon avec les poutres au plafond. Il faisait asser chaud par contre mais tv dispo avec pas mal de chaînes et connexion wifi plutôt bonne. En soit c'est pas cher, ça dépanne pour 1 nuit.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que quand on prends une douche l'eau deborde du bac, le lit asser dur je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit contrairement à mon conjoint qui n'a pas trop ronchonné.. on entends tous ce que font les voisins ce qui est asser gênant, surtout un monsieur qui fumait de l'herbe avec la porte ouverte donc ca empestait dans le couloir... La personne qui loue ne répond pas au téléphone donc on a du demander à des locataires de nous aider car impossible de trouver le logement, tout le monde nous as dit qu'il ne répondait jamais. ( Si le lit était confortable j'aurai fais abstraction de tout le reste. Je suis déjà insomniaque de base donc là j'ai regarder le plafond pendant des heures ). Je n'ai pas pris de photos du logement.

Franchement c’était sale…. D’accord la nuit est à 40€ seulement mais un minimum .. le frigo degueu, la poignée de la SDB cassée mon conjoint s’est retrouvé coincé pendant 1h car j’étais sortie faire 2-3 courses il a du m’attendre pour sortir…. Des chewing gum sur les murs … des taches non identifiées lol non vraiment c’est chaud Non vraiment les proprio devrait venir jeter un œil

Pas propre, les draps étaient sales, je ne sais pas si ils ont étés changés, couette sale également, j’ai clairement dormi habillé et sur mon mari, je voulais juste changer d’hôtel où je préférais encore dormir dans la voiture. J’ai fini en pleure + toiles d’araignées et araignées partout dans l’appartement. Ma plus grande phobie. Bref catastrophe, aucun effort+ le rideau de douche qui te touche lors de la douche tellement c’est serré….

Le logement est SALE, nos chaussures collées sur le sol, les draps étaient tachés à notre arrivée. Heuresement que j'ai pris des serviettes car arrivé sur place nous avons constaté que c'était des serviettes pour s'essuyer les mains. Le matelas est dans un état 🤮🤮 Et le comble après 3h de route il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure dehors pour avoir accès au logement. Vous appelez mais personne vous rappelle. J'ai reçu juste un message pour donner les codes d'accès au studio. Aucun professionnalisme. Le code wifi ne fonctionne pas car la box stipulé dans le message n'est même àctivee. Pas de fenêtre pour aérer, un savon à notre disposition que tout le monde utilise 🤮. Et pour couronner le tout, on entend tout ce qui passe dans les logements. En un seul mot à FUIR. C'est vraiment l'impression d'être dans un squat. Ce serait vraiment bien que le propriétaire vienne constater car aux dires des voisins il ne vit pas dans la ville.

A acomodação é pessima. Eu não aguentei ficar nem 30 minutos no apartamento. Cheiro de esgoto. Tem um buraco enorme no meio da porta do banheiro. O anfitrião não responde as suas mensagens. Ele não dá a mínima para as condições do apartamento. Não recomendo! Não recebi o meu dinheiro de volta!

Dans la description du logement il y avait noter qu’il y a un lave linge et sèche linge alors que c’est faux il n’y en a pas !! Arriver dans le logement , je vois que sur la porte de la salle de bain qu’elle et toute défoncé , il y avait un gros trou !!. On nous a donner une serviette pour 2 !! Rideau de douche qui n’ai pas adapté , qui ne sèche pas , donc rempli de bactéries. Dans le frigo il restait une sauce tomate ouverte que quelqu’un avait laisser avant. Le frigo était sale et le reste de la chambre aussi !! Pour ce qui est du lit , on a dû acheter notre literie ( draps housse , drap , taie d’oreiller) pour se sentir un peu mieux que dans cette crasse!! La wifi ne fonctionnait pas , et impossible d’avoir l’hôte au téléphone. La chambre était sale et dans l’escalier pour arriver à la chambre aussi , ( canette de soda , poussière , papier )
