location was perfect for what i wanted to do, and for the price i paid my expectation were met. the hosts were very accomodating even though i arrived way past check in time, they are very lovely and friendly. the water was very hot. the place is clean.

the facilities needs an upgrade , but again the amount paid might be equal to the standard offered

I liked the view of the pool

It would be nice if the handwash bottle was filled and not empty.

It was closer to were I wanted to go on a daily basis.

The host was very friendly and he helped with transport to and from my exam venue and to the bus station when I was going back and he charged me reasonably. The place is in a very quiet area and there is a lot of peace. It is therefore very very secure.

The fact that there was no food provided. Even if it is a guest house but there should be an option for people to be provided for with food when they need it. In my case I arrived late in the evening from Botswana and I did not know the place. I was very very hungry and there are no nearby shops to buy food. I had to eat the fruits I had with me and I slept hungry. In the morning I had to rush for my exams and I went on an empty stomach. I only ate a burger at lunch hour. I came back and slept and in the morning I went to catch a bus back to Botswana. I only had a decent meal when I arrived at my house. The host should at least have raw food staff that he can sell to the guests when they need them since the shops are far from the guest house. The host should put air-conditioners in guest rooms.
