Nothing. The only thing I can come up with: We went in a hot weak (summer, 30°+), therefore the apartment got a little hot as well. But this is not something the host can change ofcourse. Tip: if you go in hot weather, maybe bring a small fan for the bedroom.

Expect complications if you come with bigger car (eg. VW Transporter size). There is too narrow entrance for a bigger car. There is possibility to park outside of house for 1 houre and approx. 400 m away for whole day. It was fine!

Exceptional

Excellent view (you can see mountain through your windows). Nice apartment - very clean and warm (we were there at Xmas). Big private parking place (accessed with remote control). Very comfortable big bed. Also you can use a big open terrace with nice sofa, chairs and table. The owners, Sofia and her daughter Simona, a very nice and pleasant people, helpful and responsive.

Ruhige Lage, grosszügige und helle Wohnung, mit viel Platz. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr gute Auskünfte über Aktivitäten, Einkaufen und Gasthäuser geben können. Wir haben einen Willkommens - Wein geschenkt bekommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit gewesen.

Wir haben in der Wohnung nur einen Sparschäler und eine Schere vermisst. Sonst ist alles tip top gewesen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt.

-Tolles großes Außengelände mit Palmen -Spielmöglichkeiten für unsere 2 Jahre alte Tochter -2 private Terrassen -große Wohnung mit viel Küchenausstattung -tolle lage im Ort -Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge - sonnige Südausrichtung -nette Gastgeberin -Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Ebikes

Nur 2 Punkte sind uns etwas negativ aufgefallen: 1. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Manche Dinge bedürfen jedoch etwas Pflege/ Instandhaltung. z.B. war ein Knauf des Kleiderschrankes abgebrochen und im riesigen Garten stehen einige ausrangierte Gartenmöbel im Gebüsch herum oder die Kinderrutsche ist zugewuchert. Die Möbel der Whg. sind sonst etwas in die Jahre gekommen z.B. hat die Couch einen Überzug und die Rattanmöbel auf der privaten Terasse ausgefranst. 2. Die Lage ist super praktisch und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Im Schlafzimmer der EG Wohnung hört man jedoch mit geschlossenem Fenster schon noch die Motorroller oder Autos, die die enge Einbahnstraße entlang fahren. Nachts habe ich mit Ohrropax, mein Mann ohne hervorragend geschlafen. Auf der Terasse kann man auch im Hintergrund etwas den Verkehr der "Strada del Vino" hören. Die Lage hat also 2 Seiten. Würden die Zentralität aber wieder so wählen.

Merveilleux

Sonja est un rayon de soleil, elle gere la maison familiale, d une gentillesse exceptionnelle. L appartement est superbe, agréable, lumineux, propre, hyper bien entretenu, la localisation est parfaite, à côté du centre à pied, et de deux super marchés, le parking est privé dans le domaine. La terrasse est superbe.

Entrada muy difícil, pero resto de la estancia perfecta

El apartamento es espectacular , grande espacioso, camas cómodas, un salón y una terraza grandes y preciosas. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Una vez ya instalados la anfitriona muy simpática y trato de agradarnos en todo momento.

El único problema que tuvimos fue a la entrada, ya que no contactaron conmigo para organizar nada y la dueña del alojamiento no estaba allí a nuestra llegada. La comunicación fue muy difícil por teléfono , y nos costó muchísimo entrar primero en la propiedad y luego en nuestro apartamento. Nos pareció que la organización en este aspecto fue muy deficiente. Por lo demás solo destacar que no disponen de microhondas.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Es war alles außergewöhnlich gut. Ein Traumblick vom Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich.
