הדירה שופצה ממש מזמן, הריהוט מאוד מיושן, יש בעיית חשמל בחלק מהחדרים והמקלחת קטנה. המזרונים שוקעים מאוד ולא נוחים. בגדול מאוד רחוק מהתמונות באתר

It's a nice place, spacious and comfortable

The staff member who checked us in was very rude. While we were waiting on the street to go in he stood there for 5 minutes chatting to a friend and smoking a cigarette, before bothering to acknowledge us and let us into the apartment. After he got in he was rude and abrupt, insisting that we already had the checkin instructions. When I told him we never received them he automatically denied it. It got to the point where I had to show him the email that we received and how the checkin instructions were not present for him to finally acknowledge it, to which he said "k I'll report that to the team". His interpersonal skills were also lacking, he was rude and arrogant. He also nonchalantly snapped a photo of my credit card on his personal Android phone as "insurance" in case I broke something, something which I'm pretty sure is breaking about a dozen different policies. It rained and water leaked throughout the whole building. Water dripped onto the marble stair case, so when the next person walked down the stairs, not knowing they were wet, fell down them and seriously injured herself. Upon checkout I informed the same staff member of that occurrence in person, and he failed to comprehend it at all (just said "oh yeah the rain was so strong last night") . Perfectly fitting with his prior attitude. After we complained booking kept on saying the company would get in touch with us, but they never did.

When there was some problem with how the host tried to charge my credit card, the host threatened to throw me out of the apartment, even though the problem was not with my card. We even spoken together with the credit card company and the representative told him the card was ok, and the problem was with how he tried to charge it. I also didn't like the fact that he took a photo of my credit card, he might still have it actually. In addition the floor was quite dirty, I walked with socks and they turned black every day.
