Location, location, location. The fact that it was a self-contained apartment. A couple of nice small touches and the small bathroom was mostly in very good condition. Kitchenette also. Cleanliness generally good. Although suffering some street noise, it seemed to be a relatively quiet area, although there was a low level periodic hum from the metro trains, but it did not bother me. There were two hard chairs, two stools and a table to use, as well as a heater and fan. The lane the property is in links directly to Trindade metro station which is incredibly convenient. On arrival go to the -1 level and find the left luggage lockers opposite the blue and white City Lockers kiosk. Walk past these until you find twin lifts and a staircase. Go up to level 2 and exit. You will go across a short footbridge and directly into Travessa de Alferes Malheiro. 77 is a short distance ahead and on the left.

The chipboard window shutters had clearly absorbed water at some point and become swollen, sticking to the floor, etc. They are in poor condition. I just about managed to open the door to the balcony enough, to be able to open its pair and get onto the balcony and allow some fresh air into the apartment. Directly opposite a few feet away were a series of hotel windows, so I didn't want to open up the shutters much, but balcony access was essential. I did sit out once. The rug is a serious trip hazard. Despite being careful, I probably tripped over it a handful of times, fortunately none of them led to a fall. The sofa was very low to the ground and therefore not very comfortable to use. Some cupboard doors were not in great condition or awkward to use. I was unable to get much out of the pod coffee maker (some pods were part of the welcome pack) and eventually gave up trying. No washing up bowl and a broken plug in the kitchen sink (which my travel plug did not fit) meant that I had to use a large glass bowl that I found, to wash up in - far from ideal. When people moved around in the apartment upstairs it sometimes sounded like an elephant was learning how to dance.

Très bien placé, très propre et beaucoup d’équipements.

L'appartamento è molto ben collegato con la stazione metropolitana di Trinidade, in zona centrale e servita. Il piano primo lo isola dai rumori della strada. C'è tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. L'ottima doccia, un pratico angolo cottura, un letto matrimoniale dalle dimensioni generose. Ci sono delle rampe di scale per arrivare alla porta d'ingresso. L'assistenza è ottima. Molto reattivi nel rispondere celermente ad ogni necessità.

Ci sono delle barriere architettoniche per raggiungere la stanza ed un gradino per superare la soglia del portone d'ingresso. Non è una critica, è una descrizione che rende la struttura non idonea a persone con disabilità
