Property had a beautiful view, 20 min walk from the beach and the locals were so friendly

The location was great as it wasn’t in the middle of everything and was quiet. The rooms were clean and very big. I like are balcony as it wasn’t spacious and was able to relax. The access to the rooftop pool and how welcoming they was. All the facilities they provided robe’s, slippers, shower facilities and toothbrushes if you forgot to pack one.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like it was great easy to get in touch with someone if you needed to ask questions or anything.

The views the cleanliness, a must stay

A little far out of the town … nothing a grab or tuk tuk can’t fix

You can get much better accommodation for the same price in this city—this place is dated. The private pool is located outside your room on the roof, and you have to access it via a shared staircase. The pool area has no roof or umbrellas, so it's almost impossible to use during hot days. There's also a noisy pump running on the staircase all day and night. We booked a room for three people but were only given two towels. They asked us for a 2,000 BHT deposit without any clear reason, even though the rules mention only a 1,000 BHT deposit—and many other accommodations don't require a deposit at all. We refused to pay it, and they eventually agreed.
