Beautiful view onto the sea. Quiet area. Clean apartment. Well furnished. Free parking spaces. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Close to the national park and beaches Prora and Binz. The city of Sassnitz itself is also lovely for families - you can do a cruise to Königsstuhl - lovely. Friendly people.

Washing machine was in a shared space in the basement and whenever we wanted to use it, it was occupied. You have to ask before using it but it was hard to get a hold of reception when the machine was available. Difficult to communicate as we didn’t speak German well and all communication was in German. The apartment is located on a hill so a bit of an uphill climb with a buggy (if you take little kids with you). We booked last minute so this was one of the few apartments available in a nice spot in Rügen at a decent price. If you have more time to plan, do look around for apartments closer to the sea or even in another city.

Alles gut für eine Auszeit.

Die Lage ist schon sehr gut mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Parkplatz vor der Tür ist heutzutage auch nicht immer selbst verständlich und dazu gebührenfrei.

Das Toilettenbecken ist schon sehr tief angebaut.

Wundervolle Aussicht aufs glitzernde Meer

Tolle Wohnung (Apartment Nr. 10) mit großartigem Ausblick aufs Meer. Nah am historischen Stadtkern und zum Strand. Ein absoluter Traum!! Die Dame an der Rezeption war zudem auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Toller Ausblick! Separates WC, kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus, schön groß, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Sofa zu hart, Matratzen zu weich, der beworbene Spiele-Raum war leider eine Enttäuschung

Erster Urlaub als Familie und nach einer Operation!

Die Lage war ein Traum und besonders die Zusatzausstattung wie Baby Wanne, Stuhl,Bett und eigentlich alles was man vergessen könnte, Wir Babyfon und Flasche etc. Handtücher, Klopapier und andere Kleinigkeiten waren dauerhaft verfügbar und das im Preis mit drin. Es war für uns als Familie so einladend. Der Garten für Kinder und Erwachsene ausgestattet und der Besitzer, sowie die Mitarbeiter einfach toll. Egal was, es war immer jemand da und es gab für alles eine Lösung. Uns hat am Ende nur ein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gefehlt. Da es wunderschön warm war, war lüften am Abend sehr angenehm aber auch kaum möglich. Entweder ganz viele Mücken oder/ und Spinnen. Also kein meckern,nur ein persönliches Bedürfnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Außerdem kann man sich Frische Brötchen liefern lassen und diverse Dinge leihen für Abende mit Freunden.

Superfijn verblijf in een prachtige omgeving. Wij bevelen deze accommodatie van harte aan.

Wij hebben echt genoten van dit mooie appartement. Wat een uitzicht! Als je de ramen open doet, hoor je alleen maar de zee en de vogels. Vorig jaar zaten we in Binz, maar wij zouden een volgende keer toch weer voor Sassnitz en dit appartement kiezen. Je kan de foto's en de advertentietekst gewoon geloven, alles klopte. Fijne woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime slaapkamer en badkamer. Alles was superschoon. Gratis parkeren. In de buurt van een supermarkt en restaurantjes en natuurlijk dichtbij de strandboulevard. Misschien wel handig om te weten, wij haalden onze sleutels op via een kluisje, daardoor niemand gesproken. Wij kwamen er later in de week achter, dat je in de kelder schone handdoeken en wc papier kon vinden.

Er zit geen lift in, maar wij hadden hier geen problemen mee.
