Situated on a bluff, this oceanfront home boasts a 180 degree unobstructed close water ocean view, spanning from Point Reyes to Bodega Head. Hear the sounds of the waves crashing below and see Pelicans flying overhead. A short seven minute walk down the Pinnacle Gulch Trail leads to a secluded beach complete with tide pools at low tide.
The floor plan of this spacious home is ideal for large gatherings. The house has 4 bedrooms that includes two master suites. Each bedroom has it's own state of the art 50 inch 4KHD flat screen tv and the living room has a 70 inch 4KHD flat screen tv with available cable and high speed internet connection, The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area has large appliances and the home has an 8 person hot tub that is professionally cleaned once a week, pool table, game table and both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating available.
We take pride in replacing pillows and sheets every few months. The hot tub is serviced every single week. The living room furniture, mattresses, rugs, paint and most flooring is new to provide our special and valued guests with a very clean home.

Absolutely beautiful house with a spectacular view! Kitchen and bbq grills were all stocked with everything we needed. The fireplace even came stocked with wood for us to use. The one thing that would have been helpful is more blankets as we had some people on the couch beds and we had use blankets off the regular beds. Everything else was perfect and made for a memorable weekend.

Beautiful picture window views, lovely flexible house set up for extended family to stay, short walk to a lovely tucked away beach, enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, and well stocked games/activities for families. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing with views of the ocean. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. Hot tub was just the right temp and water was clean, needed more bat towels. The fireplace was a welcome addition with enough firewood supplied to take the chill off the living room. The house was very comfortable for my family. The house is definitely in need of repairs! It rained two of the 3 days we were there and there are multiple leaks in the roof, skylights, windows and above some exterior doors. There was garbage in the outside storage room from previous guests and the door to it is in shambles. Plumbing issues with showers are in all the bathrooms, mainly shower valves. Too nice of a home to ignore repairs and what repairs were done of poor quality.

This home needs some serious updating. The skylights leak, windows are broken, the master shower has parts missing and there wasn't enough hot water for four showers. The key was under the doormat, but the doormat was falling apart. There have been repairs to the drywall that were done poorly and the house just seems to be a bit neglected.
