Walk in to town whilst only 30mins was steep hills. Always needed to use car.

The view was absolutely amazing, the property (that we had access to) was spacious and functional.

The driveway (30 degree incline) and parking was poor. We have an SUV and I’m a very confident driver but the neighbour’s driveway traffic cones and unfriendly notices made parking and turnaround difficult. The en-suite toilet seat was falling off and I had to tighten it up to make it useable. The kitchen is tired and poorly equipped - come on guys, a chopping board is basic equipment. There was an eclectic mix of food crumbs, pencils, coins, etc. down the side of the clapped-out lounge suite. Four TV controllers and no instructions? A very cold (80’s?) single glazed house and inadequate heating. Yes, big woodburner and logs - but no kindling. We have a woodburner but good luck lighting this one. We’d have loved to use the deck but the seat cushions had been left out in the rain - saturated. The back yard would have been an attractive alternative - but no seating/table. No access to the bath.
