Our aim to to provided our guests with a fantastic stay and creating lasting memories. All stays include bedding and towels as well as exceptional cleaning. Where possible we maybe able to offer an early check in times to start your holiday early please ask when booking. Coming to stay for a special occasion please let us know.

On the Complex there is free access to the indoor heated pool, with children's pool, steam room and sauna. A newly refurbished well equipped Gym and children's play area.
Direct beach access to miles of beautiful sandy beach.

The house features:
Entrance hall and cloakroom with downstairs WC.
Lounge / Kitchen / Dining – a generous open plan lounge / kitchen / dining with a fully fitted contemporary style kitchen with all integrated appliances and dining area with spacious dining table and seating for 6 people. Double patio doors lead onto the furnished patio with outdoor seating and is surrounded by a large shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Downstairs double bedroom - generous sized double bedroom, wardrobe and side table.
The Master bedroom - has a king size bed, drawer unit and TV mounted on the wall as well as a large wardrobe and an ensuite shower and WC.
Twin bedroom - generous sized twin bedroom, wardrobe, side table and wall mounted tv.
The bathroom is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, cabinet, WC and heated towel rail - ideal for drying your clothes after a day at the pool or beach.

Our house offers a long wheelchair entrance ramp which is ideal for prams/pushchairs.
We supply a cot and highchair free of charge. For a small fee we will welcome well behaved dogs (2 max) and even supply bowls for when they are thirsty after a long walk.

This property is strictly No Smoking and to maintain the family friendly nature of the development we do not allow groups of single guests.
Included in the property letting is unlimited access to a 20m indoor heated swimming pool and gym, tennis and games as well as direct beach access.
For dogs and walkers there are lots of lovely walks. Guests can also book daily children's activities archery and a tennis court. The onsite pub serves great food daily from 12pm and the Italian bistro is open for coffees and snacks and evening pizza takeaway / dining.
