Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Das Zimmer Nr. 8 ist groß. Im Haus gibt es eine Gaststätte mit Balkan-Küche.
Der Fußboden von Zimmer und Bad hat ein Gefälle von ca. 5%. Bei beiden Sesseln sind die Sprungfedern der Polsterung defekt. Z.T. liegen Leitungen über Putz. Keine Einhand-Armatur in der Dusche. Im Bad roch es muffig. Die Geräusche der Gaststätte sind aufgrund der Raumanordnung übers Treppenhaus zu hören. Laute Musik mit nervigen Bässen in den frühen Morgenstunden.
