Nice and well maintained ground floor with private garden, located in a very quiet area just 5 meters from the famous promenade of the pines. the house consists of a living room, two bedrooms (one double bed and the other with a single bed there is an extra trundle bed but only usable for a child) and two bathrooms, one en suite, large kitchen and utility room, two terraces and a large private garden with shower, table and barbecue.

A lovely well equipped property.Situated one block back from the pine walk,Easy walk in few minutes to town.Nice spacious garden to sunbath or eat in-Sunny all day(shade available).
