About this villa rental
Located in a panoramic spot, this villa in Sayalonga is perfect for a holiday with family. To make your stay enjoyable, the holiday home has a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers. You will find the restaurants and supermarkets 4 km from the villa. The town centre with all its liveliness and streetscape rests at 5 km. After a short drive, you can reach the beach of Algarrobo Costa, where the children can build sandcastles while you are relaxing on a sunbed. Active people can play golf, canoe at sea at Maro, or visit the caves at Nerja. It is not allowed to play loud music between 00.00 and 08.00 to respect the peace of your vicinity. Normal use is allowed. Sound in the mountains carries very far. The neighbours can use the stairs on the side of the plot (between the 2 houses) through the wooden gate and do not have access to the private plot of this property. If they do have a question, they can only do so at the gate of the main entrance. Due to the peaceful nature of the area we kindly ask you to avoid noise between 0:00 and 08:00. We also request you to be sensible with the water, because of the water scarcity in Andalucia. The stairs on the side of the house are also used by guests of the neighbouring house.

Belvilla by OYO Casa Iris was the perfect retreat for our family vacation, The private swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved lounging on the sun terrace, The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, Being just a short drive from Algarrobo Costa Beach was a bonus! We also enjoyed exploring nearby restaurants like Bar Jocavi for some delicious local cuisine, The only downside was the noise restriction at night, but it really did help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the area

Beautiful villa and location. The view is amazing and the pool is fantastic. The villa itself is spaceous and fully equipped although some of the kitchen utilities may need replacement in due time. A challenge is the road to reach the villa; you need to have some driver’s skills to get there the 1st time…but believe me…you will love the ride and view. Overall: 9/10
