Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko centrum/deptaka. Można szybko zrobić wypad z wózkiem. W pobliżu bardzo dobra piekarnia z świeżymi drożdżówkami i pyszną kawą. Mieszkanie idealnie wyposażone pod kątem małych dzieci - łożeczko, wanienka, krzesełko do jedzenia. Z balkonu widok na góry z wierzą widokową. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Winda w bloku.

Apartament bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony, zwłaszcza dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem (wanienka, krzesełko do karmienia), dodatkowym plusem miejsce garażowe i dobra lokalizacja.
Miejsce garażowe jest na platformie i jest dosyć wąskie, drzwi da się otworzyć właściwie z jednej strony - dla posiadaczy większych samochodów to może być istotne. Materac w łóżku jest niezbyt wygodny. Lodówka pomimo maksymalnego ustawienia chłodzi słabo.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, dodatkowo obok kawiarenka, piekarnia, sklepik ogólnospożywczy. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo czysty.
