The apartment was not very clean and there was a constant smell of mold. The bed linen and kitchenware were old and not very clean. It was listed with a washing machine, but there was none. The building was noisy day and night. Heating is only via central system, so you cannot turn it on when cold. The host was not very responsive.

Instructions for apartment were not clear, and it took a while to locate the correct one( German to English translation was challenging). Some coffee would have been nice :-(

The place was super clean and well equipped! Plus the location was amazing a nice view from the balcony and there is a bus station which is less than a minute walking next to the apartment. There is all the needed things around the apartment from a nice bakery to have your coffee and your breakfast in the morning to some nice bars where you can chill at night. Also not to forgot that the owner is super friendly and nice. He is also so helpful!

The location of the apartment is great and the area has a lot of restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket. The check-in was easy and the room was comfortable.

There is a smell in the apartment and the towels smell too. We had to leave the window open most of the time.

Plenty of towels, TP, pillows, blankets. Clean, great view, great location. Excellent Bakeries and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Requested check in at 11, which was approved, but when we arrived there was no key and an email saying check in is at 1pm. If we would have received that email before we got on the train it would have been much better for us. We also did not know there was no lift, and no parking - you must carry bags up steep stairs and pay for street parking.

owner was really polite and helpful more than i expected. Also the lady who passed me the keys was very good.

i wanted a mop to mop a bit myself but there was no any. all cleaning agents are provided though. Also couple of rolls with toilet paper would be nice. For me was ok but i just want to be proactive

Zimmer sehr günstig gelegen. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Die Matratze und das Bettzeug sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre eine Neuausstattung wünschenswert. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, besonders zur Nebenwohnung. Staub auf dem Nachtschrank, Schimmel in der Fensternische, herausgerissene Router-Dose.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und schnell bei der MHP Arena. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist wirklich gut . Für Sightseeing und Konzertbesuche gut geeignet.

Die Wohnung muss richtig gereinigt werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn das besser wäre, könnte man die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen. Sie ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet und der kleine Balkon ist auch ganz nett!

Niks. Er is geen parkeerplek te vinden bij het appartement, alles was vol. Verblijf hier niet!

Alles! Ik voelde me eigen niet veilig in het appartement en in het complex. In het appartement waren 2 stopcontacten die er half uit hingen, 1x in de douche en 1x links in de gang achter de voordeur. Het gehele appartementencomplex gaf mij geen veilig gevoel en het complex zag er armoedig uit. Ik had een andere hotel geboekt omdat ik hier niet wilde verblijven. Dit koste mij extra geld. Ik had gebeld maar ik kon hem niet goed verstaan en hij mij niet. Daarna nog een keer geprobeerd en werd niet opgenomen. Dit allemaal doorgegeven aan Booking.com .De host reageerde eindelijk via bericht op booking.com en hij zei dat ik loog terwijl ik bewijs heb. Dus ga hier aub niet boeken is echt zonde van je geld en je word erg teleurgesteld!!

Von Ausstattung und Hygiene selten eine schlechtere Ferienwohnung erlebt

Gute Lage für Besuche im Stadion oder in der Daimler- Arena (direkter Bus dorthin im 20- Minuten- Takt fast vor der Haustür)

Haare der Vormieterin im Waschbecken, unter dem Bett wurde trotz stattlicher Endreinigungspauschale sicherlich mindestens seit einem Jahr nicht gewischt, Nachbarin mit lauter Musik bis in die Nacht, Abflussgestank, der sich im ganzen Apartment ausbreitet, die Schiebetür zum Bad schließt sich so weit, dass man sie von innen nicht mehr öffnen kann (allein wäre man eingesperrt), Geschirr und Wasserkocher wenig ansprechend, der Schlüsselkasten hängt über einem Gitterrost, mit etwas Pech fällt der Schlüssel beim Öffnen dort hinein und wäre dann weg, Parksituation extrem schwierig, wenn man das Auto mehr als 2 Stunden abstellen muss

ruhiges Apartment, gut an Öffi's angebunden, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis,

Es war eine sehr gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt, gute Anbindung in die Stadt und zur Messe / Flughafen und zum Hauptbahnhof. trotzdem ruhig gelegen, da das Apartment nach hinten von der Straße weg ausgerichtet ist. Ausstattung des Apartment ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend.

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, es gibt z.B. für eine Ferienwohnung sehr viele Gewürze. Das Wlan war gut und die Anbindung in die Stadt funktioniert mit dem Bus einwandfrei.

Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist eine Schiebetür mit Spalt, die dementsprechend keinen Hörschutz und nicht kompletten Sichtschutz bietet, man sollte hier also nur alleine oder mit sehr nahestehenden Personen übernachten. Außerdem war die Schlüsselübergabe zwar sehr einfach mit einer Schlüsselbox, es ist dann aber nicht klar, zu welcher Wohnung der Schlüssel gehört, hier also am besten im Voraus nochmal nachfragen, wir haben das richtige Apartment schließlich per ausprobieren gefunden, was aber nicht ganz angenehm war.
