Exceptional

Claudin and mano are wonderful hostes. They took care of everything . The place is very quiet ,close to many attractions. Mano prepare us great breakfast and dinner. It is highly recommended

Perfect vacation stay in Provence

We had stayed near Le Thor in the past and found this B&B for this trip. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and considerate. They have restored this beautiful resort with all the amenities we needed. They encouraged the guests from different countries to get to know each other. They ate dinner with us each evening. There is an additional charge, but totally worth it as Manu is an excellent chef. He made us red meat free meals, serving excellent fish and vegetables. He used local, fresh ingredients. Claudine hosted aperitifs before dinner. Breakfasts (includes) were delicious with plenty to eat. The pool is large and in the late afternoon was sunny for a swim. The room was large with air conditioning and a large tiled bathroom and a closet. There were a lot of electric outlets. Remember to bring your adapters. There is internet in the rooms and on the patios.

Lovely setting, good food and a very warm welcome

Very well placed for the airport but also very quiet . I was the only English speaker of 12 at dinner but the owners tried to include me in the conversation ,explaining when I didn’t understand The food was excellent too!

A toilet other than in the room would have been helpful as my flight was late afternoon and I needed to vacate the room.

hidden gem: don’t search any longer: THIS is the place!

The hosts are amazing! they make you feel like a friend! but the BEST about it is that Manu (one of the owners) is a fantastic chef and cooks dinner nightly that you can choose to enjoy at the property. they set the table in a way that all guests (and themselves) eat together, chatting, sharing, the kids play… it is just an opportunity that you don’t see anywhere else. this place is a hidden gem! (my picky eater child keeps asking for “Manu’s salmon tartar”) In addition, the place is beautiful, it is a fantastic location to explore the Provence, the pool is just the right size, there are comfy sitting areas in the entire property. the room is new, good shower, comfortable bed and perfectly working AC. if you are looking for a Provence experience, great location, great facilities and AMAZING food, you found the place. We will be back, for sure.

Beautiful house surrounded by trees and a nice swimming pool! The owners, Claudine and Manu, are very friendly and ensure you spend a nice time on their property! As others guest have mentioned, do not forget to eat dinner at the Mas des Cigognes as it is exceptional!! Would definitely recommend and would come back if I am in the area!

Wonderful example of a real French local hotel

The hotel is in a wonderful location and is a beautiful example of a real French experience. The food was first class - highly recommend that you book evening there. The owners made us feel most welcome - very warm people. All in all the visit was excellent and we will return.

Total relaxation

The owners make you feel at home! It’s a wonderful property in the countryside. Very quiet and relaxing. Everything clean and the rooms are beautifully done! The owner is a chef and offers delicious dinner! Really worth it! The people staying there become like a small family. We wanted to stay longer but we were even lucky to still get those two nights! If we come back to the Provence then this is our number one choice!

Mooi plekje, prettig verblijf en heerlijk eten!

De ligging midden in de natuur en het groen op eigen terrein maken het aantrekkelijk. Er ligt een prachtig zwembad en je kunt parkeren op eigen terrein. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren zeer gastvrij en de gastheer is een ster in zijn eigen keuken, heerlijk gegeten! De ligging is aan de rand van de Luberon, een prachtig gebied in het zuiden van de Provence. Men gaf goede informatie over te bezoeken locaties in het mooie gebied. Ik was hier vijf dagen en heb me geen moment verveeld.

Via mijn navigatiesysteem had ik moeite de locatie te vinden. Via Booking was de beste manier.

Utmärkt B&B i Provence med mycket god mat

Ägarparet serverade fantastiska trerättersmiddagar som man hade möjlighet att beställa, vilket vi alltid gjorde. Frukostarna var också till belåtenhet. Ägarparet Claudine och Manu var mycket trevliga och personliga, Manu var dessutom en suverän kock! Läget passade oss utmärkt, med privat parkering och fint utgångsläge för utflykter till många vackra platser i Provence.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och tycker inte att något kunde vara bättre.

Struttura molto bella, accogliente, curata nei minimi particolari, offre un’oasi di relax per un piacevole soggiorno. I proprietari Manu e Clodine sono molto accoglienti, gentili e ti fanno sentire come a casa propria. Manu è anche un ottimo chef e ha preparato dei piatti eccezionali. La cena assieme a loro e agli altri ospiti é stato un bel momento di condivisione e allegria. Consigliamo a tutti un soggiorno a Mas des Cigognes

La gentillesse de Claudine et de manu. Dès notre arrivés souriant nous présente leur lieu. Cadre très verdoyant, chambre spacieuse avec très bonne climatisation. Calme. Facile à trouver, bien placé géographiquement. Grande piscine dans le parc. Manu au fourneau pour de succulents plats le soir et le matin aussi pour des déjeuners bien garnis de produits frais de saison,de la région ainsi que toutes leurs confitures maison servie par Claudine. Nous retournerons au Mas des cigognes avec nos enfants lors d'un autre prochain séjour. Merci Claudine Merci Emmanuel

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal, um die charmante Umgebung zu erkunden – sei es die beeindruckende Abtei Abbey, die malerischen Orte Gordes und Roussillon oder andere hübsche Städtchen in der Region. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen durften und dass es einen sicheren Parkplatz für unser großes Auto gab – für uns ein entscheidender Pluspunkt. Das Haus liegt idyllisch im Grünen, mit Wiesen und Wäldern drumherum, und trotzdem ist es verkehrsgünstig gelegen, um die Umgebung problemlos zu entdecken. In der Nähe finden sich nette Orte, in denen man vormittags bummeln oder abends gemütlich etwas trinken gehen kann. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der gepflegte Pool – perfekt, um sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu erfrischen. Doch das wahre Herzstück dieser Unterkunft sind die Gastgeber Claudine und Manu. Sie empfangen ihre Gäste so herzlich, dass man sich fühlt, als würde man alte Freunde besuchen. Manu ist ein begnadeter Koch, der alles selbst zubereitet – vom herrlichen Frühstück mit frischem Baguette, selbst gemachten Marmeladen, regionalem Honig, Eierspeisen, Käse und Schinken bis hin zu frisch gepresstem Saft. Jeden Morgen stellt Claudine und Manu liebevoll das Abendmenü vor, das man auf keinen Fall verpassen sollte. Das Abendessen ist ein echtes Erlebnis: Exquisite Gerichte, liebevoll serviert an einer großen Tafel, an der sich Menschen aus aller Welt bei gutem Essen und anregenden Gesprächen begegnen. Claudine und Manu sprechen mehrere Sprachen und schaffen eine warme, verbindende Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und die Herzlichkeit und Leidenschaft der Gastgeber sehr geschätzt. Das einzige, was wir bedauern: Unser Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz. Aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
