Le vetrate in soggiorno consentono di avere una bellissima vista mare, già dall’interno della casa. Il terrazzo è molto spazioso e ben arredato, anch’esso con vista mare stupenda. La villetta è esattamente come compare nelle fotografie. Si trova a 10 minuti di auto dal mare in una zona molto tranquilla. Il soggiorno è stato reso ancor più piacevole dalla gentilezza dei proprietari, prontissimi ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità, anche fornendo consigli molto utili (ad es. miglior spiaggia, etc)

De ligging is fantastisch! Heerlijk rustig met in de verte uitzicht op zee. Rondom wilde tuin en olijfbomen. 10 minuten rijden naar zee, supermarkt, restaurant, dorpje. Er zijn 2 toegangswegen, de ene is voor de avonturiers, de andere goed te doen!
Je deelt het zeer grote terras met de buren. Ieder heeft zijn eigen deel maar je kunt elkaar wel zien. Ik zou het fijner vinden als het tussenmuurtje doorgetrokken werd in plaats van 3 grote planten. We hadden erg geluk met onze rustige buren.

Die Lage ist wunderschön - der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen gut, insbes. auch bezüglich der Küchenutensilien und der Terrassenmöbel. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Leider Punktabzug bezüglich der Sauberkeit (im Backofen war noch Backofenreiniger, Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber). Im Badezimmer im Keller kam aus den Leitungen manchmal ein unangenehmer Geruch. Hinweis: Die Zufahrt zum Haus mit einem Auto mit wenig Bodenfreiheit ist schwierig.
