Bellissima Villa indipendente circondata dal giardino, comodissimo avere un parcheggio privato dato che ormai a Costa Rei ci sono pochissimi parcheggi in strada. All'ingresso si trova un ampio salotto e la cucina separata è in stile moderno e completa di tutto. Le 3 stanze sono ad un piano rialzato, sono spaziose e ognuna ha il suo climatizzatore. Il bagno interno è completo di tutto e c'è anche una comoda doccia esterna. Ottima anche la pulizia di tutta la villa .

Close to the beach, on the hill so there is some sea view if you look over the fence, the house is overall quite comfortable, nice garden, fence and plants provide good privacy, outdoor shower with hot water was lovely after coming back from the beach.
Noise - location of Villa Borla is both good and bad - good because close to the beach (about 100m) but it's right by the main road with pretty busy traffic so it is a very noisy place. The house lacks some details like cushions for the plastic sunbeds. The kitchen equipment is very worn out, rather unpleasant to use.
