Full kitchen with all the options for preparing food.
Seating everywhere, privacy in all the rooms.
Sound proofing and quite from outside noises.
Great views.
Decorations next to beds, where a falling pillow causes items to break.
Tub drains don't all screw in correctly. Jacuzzi takes forever to get full, and is quite loud.
All 3 rooms have separate keys, and the main hallway doesn't have a key. But jumping from the balcony into the master window is an option aside from the concierge. Meaning don't leave your keys behind locked doors. And I wish it was a deadbolt not a push button lock. So not accidentally locking yourself out.
