Direct way to the beach, aprox 200m. View on the moutains was great, hot sun only in the morning hours, in the afternoon and evening very pleasant stay on the balcony or garden.
sond isolation was poor, but the guest who stayed there were not so nosy. One conditioner from the neigbours were too loud (probably some molfunction), buit not from this property.

The price for a nice sea view is to climb a steep hill, which is not suitable for older people.
