This is a wonderful place that worked perfectly for us! It is a quiet place with magnificent view over the sea and the island of Capri. Rooms are nice, clean, with very comfortable beds (I have chronic low back pain and comfort is important for me!). Kitchen has all necessary facilities. Francesco is an excellent host - correct, helpful and responsive. Great communication!
We liked everything but maybe I have to say that it is better to have a car and a skilled driver. The villa is about 200 meters away from the main road but the alley is a bit steep and narrow. For us there was no problem as we had rent-a-car and we are all experienced drivers.

The host communicated clearly on WhatsApp, and met us before directing us to the villa. The villa is clean and simple, with everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning, with the sun setting over the horizon directly in front of the balcony. You literally could not ask for a better view. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the villa is well located for Sorrento and an easy hop to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The location is amazing. It’s calm and secluded and a great place to chill after a day out in the huddle and bustle of the Amalfi coast. The apartment is really well thought out, with everything you need for your stay.
It could do with slightly more subtle lighting! It’s a bit bright for an evening chill out!

Our host Francesco was wonderful. He picked us up in Sorrento and drove us to the Villa to show us around. He could not have been more helpful in recommendations of places to eat, boat tours and how to use the local bus.
The view from the Villa is stunning, looking across the Med to the Island of Capri with beautiful sunsets. The villa was clean and had all the facilities you need including a full kitchen. There was also a shared laundry room which was a bonus we were not expecting. We loved the pool, it was a lovely way to relax and escape the sweltering summer heat The garden and deck was beautifully landscaped, with plenty of sitting and shade. There was even a dining area and access to an outdoor grill. We loved our stay and would love to return. It would be a perfect place to stay with multiple families as there are two other private units at the Villa. Francesco was available by phone/text at all times and he even drove us back down to Sorrento train station on our last morning.
No complaints about the accommodation. But people should know the road up to the villa is very very steep and winding. You have to be at a good level of fitness to hike back up from the bus stop to get home. The views and peace from the bustling coastal towns were worth it for us. Also, there is a large villa down the hillside that holds functions, weddings etc. They had a live band playing for 3 of the nights that we were there. We enjoyed hearing the music as we spent time in the pool and on the balcony but if you are seeking complete peace and quiet then this might not be the place for you. The functions did not run late into the night and did not disturb our sleep, plus when the windows are closed and the AC on it muted the sounds outside. Next time we visit, we will hire a small car to get up the steep hill side and explore further.
