The house is right in the centre of Vathy. It is really in a great location within walking distance to the harbour and everywhere. It is very successful in heating and cooling. Everything that should be present in a house is available. A house where I will definitely stay during my visits to Samos. And the owner's interest, relevance and kindness made everything go better. Thank you Dimitris😊
It can be much more enjoyable if only the seat changes. Other than that, everything was very good. 😇

La localisation centrale à proximité des magasins, taxis tavernes et bord de mer, la climatisation, l' espace est suffisant mais d' avantage pour une personne, la bonne réactivité de l'hôte Dimitris
Les équipements de cuisine( ustensiles, vaisselle et prises électriques) .Le matelas un peu dur, linge de maison assez rudimentaire, manque de luminosité

Nice bed and spacious room, really good location near the center of town and quiet neighborhood
Toilet was smelling but James told me they will renovate it soon, no sound proofing so you can hear everything from the next room, would love a bigger tv. Keep in mind when you book the room that you are at the ground level so anyone can see you from outside if the window is open.
