Perfect flat for 4 days. It was spacious and had everthing that we needed. The bed was big and comfortable. There was also a big sofa in the living room. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the opera and a lot of restaurants near by. The host Ugo replied to all of my messages quickly and tried to accomodate all of our requests (to leave the luggage before the check-in time and to leave the flat a little bit later that the check-out time). Aircon worked well.
Sometimes there was no hot watter in the shower. But it was hot, so we didn't mind showering with a bit cold water. The wifi was not working well from time to time.

Loved the location and elevator. Lovely historic building with modern conveniences. The bathroom view overlooking a garden of trees was a really nice break from city views.
The knives were dull and I would have appreciated having a dish towel to dry my dishes.
