Excelente ubicación, si quieres ir a Granada el tranvía lo tomas a 200 mts. Se puede aparcar por los alrededores sin problema. El piso es tal cual las fotos. Y destacar el excelente trato y buena predisposición de Víctor. Seguramente repetiremos!!!

Es la segunda vez que vamos. El anfitrión un encanto, siempre pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Es verdad que el apartamento necesitaría algunas reformas pero el precio de reserva es considerablemente inferior a otros que vimos. Recomendamos para un futuro un cambio de las ventanas para conservar mejor la temperatura. La casa cuenta con dos aires acondicionados y muchas mantas pero por eficiencia energética lo recomendaría. Seguro que nos volvemos a ver. Gracias!

It had easy access to the tram and city centre. There was a good café across the road.
One bedroom didn´t have a window, but it wasn´t a real problem.
