A/C was much appreciated, as well as the bathroom having a window. Everything was super clean, and the location was very convenient. Parking is also easily accessible.
The only thing worth flagging is that our room was on the second floor with no lift. Not a problem for us, but be aware of it

The room was nice on the first look. Well equipped. Beautiful terrace, possible to drink coffee/tea in there.
Weird smell in the bathroom, very long way to the beach which is on the concrete. No warm water in the morning if you want to have shower. Bed & Breakfast means, that you have to pay extra for the breakfast.
