Villa Uluvud with Pool Gym Sauna

La parte de la piscina y zona de jardín con mesa y sofás de exterior. La habitación que nos tocó estupenda porque tenía baño y además la habitación infantil está dentro y comunicaba. La casa es bastante amplia. Su dueño fue muy amable.

Principalmente creo que le sobran muebles viejos sin utilidad. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento ya que por ejemplo intentamos poner el jacuzzi y se salía el agua y además sucio. La limpieza más exhaustiva.

Nice villa, nice host, central location for touring island. Close to supermarkets, host supplied kettle and toaster when requested

Couldn't use pool due to mosquitos, very hilly, car essential, expensive, Didn't use Sauna or gym

My family and I stayed at Villa Uluvud for 2 weeks at the end of June. We were 6 adults and the villa was perfect for our stay. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with shower facilities. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool and 2 further toilets indoors. 2 of the bedrooms have aircon and the other 2 have fans. The swimming pool is a good size and we were able to get some lengths in. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have the ability to try and work off some of the food eaten in the basement gym, more from a weights perspective than cardio. There’s two supermarkets within walking distance - although you may want to use a car for bulkier shops. We did have a couple of minor issues during the stay but both the owner and the property manager were really responsive and provided great service (thank you Giovanni for the little gifts). The location worked well for us. Alcamo is less touristy and more residential than other locations but we loved it. It’s also only 10-15 mins drive to the coast. Restaurant wise our favourites were Foresteria San Giacomo, Il Gattopardo and Antichi Quartieri Bistrot in Alcamo itself. We also enjoyed Osteria Qui in Castellammare del Golfo.

The villa could do with some more clothes hangers in the bedrooms, particularly for longer stays, but that’s a minor issue.

Mycket trevligt boende. Bra pool. Hög comfort.

Området var inte så mysigt men villan var bra!
