Great location, free parking, easy to receive packages and food deliveries. Close enough to walk to 7/11 and Boat Avenue, spas and restaurants. Apartment was well stocked with cooking supplies and extra linens and towels. Aircon worked well.
Our unit was on the 2nd floor right above where garbage collection is so most nights between 1130 pm 1230 am I was woken up by a garbage truck.
The shower water temperature was always fluctuating hot or cold, so it was hard to get just warm.
Sometimes there would be a sewage smell in the house, worst above the master bedroom. Unsure what was causing it.

Flat was new and clean. Enough space to storage and the kitchen equipped with cutlery dishes pots and everything I need to cocking.
Just missing moka or espresso machine ;)
