Very clean, comfortable beds, good location, enough space
Sometimes Internet was very bad, coffee machine did not work properly, toaster was broken, there is not enough kitchenware (only plates, glasses, spoons..). There is nothing for cooking-no pot, no frying pan. We asked to bring us electric cooker and brought some things for cooking.

Manos was extremely helpful and brought our breakfast to our room every morning as it was early in the season.and his cafe was not open. Very peaceful setting with a view to the sea. Would recommend.

I liked everything, it is worth the money.
I can't leave this review without talking about our host - Manos, he remained polite, friendly and went out of way to help as much as he can to make our stay pleasant.
Also, I have to mention his Restro-bar, the Mojito bar near the beach had a wonderful view and the breakfast service he does is exceptional.
I will recommend any one going to Chania to stay at their place and experience what we experienced.
The third bed - sofa was not that comfortable and at night and early morning it was so cold...but when explained to the owner...he (Manos), fixed us lot of blankets and pillows so we remain warm
