Dom jest przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Jest duży stół do posiłków i planszówek, stolik na tarasie od wschodu idealny do picia kawy w porannym słońcu. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja na uboczu i bliskość natury. Pod samym domem chodziły bociany, sarny a w pobliżu gniazdo ma dudek. Nad stawem można obserwować mnóstwo ptaków i owadów.
