Forwe can get The lift/gym access is taking so long it require calling maid for few days to help us go to enter the building

The almond croissants are delicious, but the true gem of this stay is the young woman running the kitchen. From what I could tell, she handles it mostly on her own, and her cooking is exceptional — bold, refined, and beautifully executed. It honestly reminded me of the passion and intensity from the Netflix film Hunger. I didn’t catch her name, but if you stay here, make sure you eat there at least once.

I understand the facial recognition is for extra security but it’s a royal pain the first few days while they are waiting for approval.

I enjoyed the loft I got. The person in charge took care of all minor issues. I loved the pool, the sauna, and the gym. Access to cheap drinking water by the laundrymat made things even easier.

The pool is very nice, but I caught an ear infection. even when using ear plugs because the pool water is not serviced at least once a day. Some of the customers also never showered and went straight into the pool. It should be mandatory to make people shower in the shower next to the pool. The sauna was small, but the real issue were some dirty customers that went into the sauna with their coffee with milk and left the paper cup in the sauna with no regard for later users. After that the sauna smelled like rancid coffee with milk and sweat from customers who didn't shower. It seems some Europeans and a few others have no sense of hygiene. The condo could enforce basic rules.

The location is great, the cleaning lady and the security people are lovely.

Where to begin ... - The bed mattresses were completely stained, filthy and disgusting. There was no mattress protection, I had to beg for one because it was si gross. - the mattresses were also spring mattresses and they were uneven, rough and extremely uncomfortable. - the AC has not been cleaned in probably YEARS i had allergic reactions every day waking up my eyes were swollen and sore throat due to the filth accumulation. You can see the mold INSISE the AC unit. - the person responsible to chat with always to 3 to 4 days to reply to me when there where issues. - at some point, the AC in the master bedroom stopped working, and for 3 weeks I had no AC in one of the 2bedroom, it wasnt fixed because it needed a piece for repair and the landlord refused to buy it. - the view and windows gave directly on the highway - the insulation of the apartment was terrible you are essentially cooling outside. Overall filthy place, looks good on photos but for long term stay i do not recommend unless you dont ming getting sick and getting ignored. Will not return for sure!
