Apartman je prostran i čist. Krevet je udoban. Posuđa ima sasvim dovoljno.
Dogovor oko svega je jednostavan i svi su jako ljubazni.
Plaža Kalardovo je na par minuta od smeštaja.
Do Ostrva cvijeća se može otići peške, vredi obići.
Udaljeni ste od prodavnica i restorana, što samo treba imati u vidu. Do prve prodavnice imate oko pola sata pešačenja i prodavnice ne rade nedeljom.
Nije zamerka, više napomena.

Property was clean and well equipped, including washing machine, fridge freezer, kitchen table with stools, private porch, tv with cable tv with plenty of channels. An iron with ironing board, plenty of storage, decent shower. One large double bed in one room, second bedroom has bunk beds.
The top floor had a really bad odour, I think the is a bat infestation in roof and smelled of a corpse! The same smell I’ve had in my own house with dead mice under floorboards. All the electricity goes off when removing keycard apart from the fridge freezer. Unable to do any washing when out or charging any electrical items.
We stayed for 2 weeks and not once did anyone come to service the rooms. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for More as well as bin bags. We washed the supplied towels ourselves.
Bedding not changed.

Apartman sa impresivnim pogledom na Tivat i njegove vode - sa jedne, i uzvišeni Lovcen i neumorne žicare - sa druge strane. Kad smo pravili pauzu od ovog pogleda :), zbog plavetnila i bistrine vode odlazili smo na Plave horizonte koji su od ovog smeštaja udaljeni oko 10 km, mada na samo 200m postoji i posećena plaža Kalardovo. Smeštaj je čist i uredan. Domaćin je obavio uslugu prijave za nas, što nam je u tivatskoj gužvi dosta značilo. Blizina aerodroma nam je bila dodatno zanimljiva.
Kalardovo plaža u blizini smeštaja je, iako posećena, prilično zapuštena i pored prisutnog potencijala.

Локация. Близко от аэропорта. Наличие парковки. Есть всё необходимое. Деревенская тишина, но соседей слышно хорошо.
Отсутствие лифта и при этом узкая лестница. Чемодан занести наверх, целое событие. На верхних этажах неприятный запах. Не сильный, но присутствует. Странная планировка санузла. Садишься на унитаз и упираешься в дверь. Всё в номере крайне дешёвое. Особо ужасны кровать, матрас, подушки, одеяла и постельное бельё. Матрас проваливается. Кстати, кровать не очень большая, как заявляет букинг. Максимум 1,5-1,6 м. Хочется выспаться, но не получается, по 10 раз за ночь просыпаешься из-за дискомфорта. В номере тусклое освещение.
