Stinswoning "de Wadden" in Tzummarum

Everything was as described. The Appartment is well equipped with everything you need. Ingrid is a great host, she came along one evening before departure, and reminds us about all the important details for checkout. Nice! Also we had some trouble to reach Ingrid via phone at checkin. But she immidietly reacted to our mail/Booking.com message. Perfect organized! Overall we had a great Experience and thinking about to come back sometime. We definately recommend to stay here.

The keys were accessible, however the message was not clear to leave your car in the parking lot walk to the house first to get the keys then come back to get your car. We resolved it and it not difficult but it was still a few minutes of what do we do?

We had to switch houses after our first night for the boiler stopped working and we had no heat or hot water. We tried to contact the host and had to call a few times before we got through to her. Response time could have been better. However once contacted someone came to fix the problem, and once noticed it could not be fixed there was a solution to move us to a new house down the street. The new house was great, and all resolved.
