Our stay at Summum Boutique Hotel Mallorca was exceptional from beginning to end. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. The rooms are tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and provide a perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort. The location is ideal for exploring the city's historic center, boutiques, art galleries, and many hidden gem restaurants, all within a pleasant walking distance. We loved being able to discover outstanding local dining without ever needing transportation. From the delicious breakfast to the personalized service, every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, and their genuine friendliness made us feel more like welcomed guests than visitors. Our only minor criticism was the size of our room. (Room#306) It was quite small, and the low ceilings made it feel even more cramped than the actual square footage would suggest. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, guests who prefer more spacious accommodations may want to consider booking one of the larger room categories.

The location was perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed and renovated. I really appreciate the staff who was friendly and very helpful attentive to our needs. Thank them all!

The property is beautiful and we loved the tour to explain the renovation process that made it what it is today.

We requested an early check in and received confirmation of an 8:00 AM check in time. When we arrived we were told the hotel was full and we couldn’t get in early. We went out for the day and came back to the hotel at 3:30 (30 minutes past the regular check in time) and our room was still not available. So our early check in turned into a late check in. Once we got to our room, we were put in the only room on the 4th floor which sounds great but then we listened to little kids run up the stairs, screaming on their way to the rooftop pool, and then the noise of all pool activity could be heard through the ceiling.
