El Medano was wonderful, with lovely beaches and restaurants. The apartment was fine.
First impression was negative, entryway was dirty and lots of building materials. Stairs to apartment had a number of broken tiles which could have been a hazard.

A lovely apartement with everything we needed. The company Medano4you was very easy to deal with and very pro-active, allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Getting the keys was straight forward.
It was a lovely quiet area, although we were aware that there was building work noise likely, we had none as we stayed over the Easter weekend. The bars located below did not cause any noise. It was in an ideal area close to everything. Really enjoyed it.
Nothing. But for some the steps up (no lift) and the building noise may be an issue.

self catering for breakfast. all utensils were available to us and the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs.
there is a late bar on Friday/Saturday nights which we could here past midnight. other than that, the accomodation was excellent and was totally adequate for our stay in El Medano.
