We had a simple, clean and very comfortable room for one night in this hotel, during our walk on the Via Francigena. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower and plenty of products provided. The building is beautiful, quirky and clearly very historical, in a quiet square. We had a fabulous evening meal at Pinchiorba - a restaurant close to the hotel.
Breakfast was included and provided at the Bar Centrale a few minutes walk away. A perfect stop over during our walk, thank you.

Location was lovely and bed was super comfortable, I had a whole apt to myself and a nice set for making tea too. Breakfast is served at the local bar and is delicious, not a buffet but still enough. The bar is owned by the same host and makes for a great dinner place too.
Parking is tricky, because the hotel is in the heart of the pedestrian historical center. There are steep stairs and no elevator.

Large and spacious property in a fantastic old building. Location was central to everything in the town. Nice breakfast served at the local cafe
The bed had seen better days. We opted for the sofa and the single bed.

Stunning view, close to main square, beautiful historical building
Rooms were not well soundproofed - and guests next door were being incredibly loud. Didn't sleep until about 2am. Maybe not the best option for someone looking for rest and relaxation after a day on the Via Francigena.
