The staff, the food, the cleanliness of the bungalow.

The communal areas were not kept to a very high standard. There was no soft seating area to relax next to the pool. The bathroom, having the bathroom as a large wet room is just not to our liking. We prefer a separate shower. If it has to a wet room put the shower at the back and the toilet at the front. Also on a couple of evenings we had to walk to another hotel for dinner. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless

I felt so relaxed and comfortable here!

We liked the spacious room, which provided ample space for us to relax. The air conditioning unit worked well and the beds were comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The pool had clean water. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfying. We enjoyed the delicious mango shakes the most. One charming aspect of the property was the presence of cats and a little puppy freely roaming around.

We were dissatisfied with our arrival experience. The reception's focus was solely on taking pictures of our passports and Vietnamese visas. Unfortunately, this approach made the reception impersonal, diminished the overall experience, and left us feeling unappreciated. We felt like we were being treated as numbers rather than individuals. Additionally, we were not pleased with the hotel grounds as much because the property is located on a relatively small piece of land, resulting in a cramped feeling. Although the property initially appeared clean and well-maintained, we noticed garbage between the bungalows, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and indicated a lack of environmental responsibility—a common issue in Vietnam. The room was also described on booking.com as having a fireplace and a lake view, but neither of these features was present, making the description misleading. Furthermore, the breakfast options were limited, and there were additional costs for items like a fruit platter, even though breakfast was included in the price.
