Quintana Suite

The place is very well located, everything is close and the neighborhood is very safe. The host was very nice and made all attempts to make my stay comfortable. The bed, linen, towels and furniture were all almost new and comfortable.

1. Although the bathroom is small, that wouldn't be a problem if the shower fixture was not so user unfriendly: mounted too high on the wall, not mobile, without an adjustable holder, no hose, with the water coming out of it at an angle is it impossible to get wet if you are not tall, and where it is impossible to get a shower without getting your hair wet. Very old fixtures, with the new ones available today at cheap prices, I cannot understand how, although it has been said in other reviews, the host does not make a change. Perhaps it would be a god idea to take a shower there and see the real problem to sense it . 2. The property accepts credit card payments, however, the host could not manage to get the payment through any of my two credit cards, that were absolutely functional, as proven by the cash withdrawals I had to make at the bank next door, to pay cash. Although cash payments do not have the 10% extra the host charges for credit cards, I paid 7% extra in cash machine charges for the withdrawals. And I notified the host that I would pay with credit card before arrival. This is something that should also be fixed.
