l'unica persona che ho visto è stata la signora che al mattino ci portava la colazione per il resto non ho mai visto nessuno tutto da remoto via chat

Logement bien situé pour visiter les sites aux alentours en ayant une voiture pour se déplacer. Des commerces à proximité, le bord de mer.
Le logement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce avec possibilité de bénéficier de l'usage de la piscine commune : appréciable le soir au retour des visites.
Le logement étant dans une résidence hôtelière, la décoration est assez impersonnelle. Au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine, il y a le strict minimum. Si une personne dort dans la salle à manger, le convertible étant proche de la porte d'entrée, on entend beaucoup le passage des autres locataires à toute heure du soir et de la nuit.

De incheckinstructies waren goed, je kon op bijna ieder gewenst moment aankomen, waarna je telefonisch perfect verder geholpen werd. Het ontbijt was goed maar wat weinig variatie, daar er in deze tijd van het jaar weinig gasten zijn. Fijn zwembad. Prima locatie om van hieruit de Etna te bezoeken. Parkeerplek voor de deur. Om de andere dag handdoekservice. Meerdere restaurants op loopafstand. Waarbij het dichts bij zijnde restaurant goed bevallen is door zijn menukaart en kwaliteit. De poort uit 3 x rechts.
Inderdaad een vochtplek aan de muur in de ontbijtruimte maar niet storend.

Good sized apartment, they provided a cradle for our 1 y.o. daughter and the swimming pool and the outside area is nice.
With small improvements it could be a really good place to rest/spend some days of relax.
The swimming pool is open only from 10 to 13 and from 16 to 18:30
The hall was really warm - they said that they will replace the air conditioners in the corridors to reduce the heat.
Cleaning once per week is included (including towels).
They could have provided for the first day a small welcome pack (shampoo, body lotion, a bottle of water, salt and sugar, etc) - easy to sort out and surely a good plus if people arrive late and they don't have chance to buy the things beforehand.
