I would like to give this place 10 stars, because the rooms were really nice. But there were 2 drawbacks: the water in the shower was the only problem with the room. I didn't get enough water to wash my hair properly. It also was either cold or crazy hot. It was impossible to set a decent temperature, so you better shower real quick as the temperature fluctuates. Thia property would be near perfect if they only fixed this issue. The only other drawback was that it was far from everything. But you can order taxis through the reception and it is rather inexpensive using taxis.

The shower was terrible, not a lot of water pressure and either crazy hot or crazy cold - it was hard to set the temperature as it kept changing so showers should be max 1 minute...

Hermoso Guest house, muy bien atendido por Abi y Naomi. Ellas preparan un desayuno exquisito, me pidieron un taxi, fueron muy amables. Recomiendo mucho ir alli

A recepcionista foi optima, ajudou num momento de aperto a arranjar lugar para a minha familia, os quartos estavam bem decorados, limpos e arrumados

O ar condicionado de um dos quartos não estava a trabalhar muito bem, mas não foi um grande problema

Lovely guest house with so much potential. Naledi and Tumi provided wonderful customer service and were always helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, but the furnishings could be improved. Easy access to chobe river, shops and national parks.

The supposedly Deluxe room has a bed that is too small according to my standards. The towels in both booked rooms were brown and worn out with holes, which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. The standard double room (room 2) is also very tight. Grotty, mouldy, flooding shower. Poor drainage leading to shower flooding. Shower door too small and was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the shower This was apparently reported to the owner before but is still to be fixed. We got lost trying to find this place, as the direction provided on booking.com is wrong. We wasted about 30mins going around the area which we eventually found by asking the local people. Could this be amended please.
