Mooie rustige locatie, op een heuvel, nabij een bosrand en met mooi uitzicht op het dal. Erg rustig als laatste woning van een smalle straat. Ruime badkamer en slaapkamer en een ruime carport om auto en eventuele e-bike's te stallen en op te laden. Erg schoon, maar qua inrichting van enkele meubelstukken een beetje oubollig.
Voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn minder geschikt. Om bij de toegangsdeur te komen moeten een 3-tal trapopgangen worden genomen van 3 a 4 treden. Een kleine keuken maar wel van bijna alle gemakken voorzien.
