MARLEY MANSIONS APARTMENT - Clarendon

The Host was great and the unit met our needs. It was also clean and nice.

Really great location, my friend and I stayed here a few nights during Eurovision. It was an easy bus ride over to Liverpool. Conveniently located near the ferry, the river Mersey, and the promenade. Nice and quiet, facilities were updated. Host was super friendly, and check in was easy.

There was no wifi in the back bedroom at all, and the wifi signal throughout the flat was relatively weak. The toilet ran in the en suite bedroom.

The property was spacious.

It needs renovation because it’s quite old and it wasn’t very well cleaned.

Full kitchen and utensils available. Location was where I wanted to be. Internet signal and speed was excellent in most of the flat except for the master bedroom. Host was friendly.

The inside of all the kitchen drawers were dirty aswell as the equipment in the drawers. Had to wash before using. Old pair of mens underwear found in master bedroom drawer. Flat 2 has no sofas like it shows in the pictures, TV is there and a dining table. Not much use for a family to relax together. Would not have booked if I had known this. Yellow/orange dirt on ceiling in master bedroom. Either blood or paint on floor in master bedroom. Dust on skirting board in master bedroom. Dust on towel rail in master ensuite. Burn marks on window sill in master bedroom. Dining room chairs filthy. Light fitting in front bedroom loose. Flat door damaged and has been poorly repaired.
