The cleanliness, the equipment versatility. We felt someone thought about us as guests - there was free water, tea, coffee, even olive oil and lollipops. There were two TVs.

There was no AC in the bedroom. Also we detested the noise. The walls are paper-thin, there was no door to the bedroom, hence we heard everything other guests did and said in the hallway. Also there was an electric box that hummed non-stop, making it difficult to sleep.

The conditions are not 4 stars in any case. Old, shaky furniture, the legs of the single beds, almost broken. Very small space, bedroom without a window. The window in the "living room" did not close tightly, the sofa could not be slept on, the boards are almost at the surface, the entrance door is difficult to close. it is more of a 2 to 3 star, 4 under no circumstances. The pictures look good, but the reality is different. Superior rooms with terraces are promised, but they don't even have a balcony.

Tommy and his colleague were really helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic and so were the facilities. Really pleased with the value for money, the secure, private parking and dog-friendliness.

Complete lacking of communication, reception opens randomly. We waited almost 1 hour at the check-in, nobody at the reception( we arrived at 7.00 pm and informed them about that on booking chat). Emergency contact numbers didn't work, not answered, only a later WhatsApp chat blaming me for my arrival time and some instructions for self check-in that I didn't use because in the meantime somebody appears. Why they don't provide this info before??? Our key cards didn't work the last night (about 10.00 pm) luckily there were some people in the building and they opened the door from inside, then we have been able to find a guy(handyman?) who helped us with the key cards for entering into the apartment, nobody at the reception. Two unpleasant episodes, no reliable at all, not sure if I'll use it again.
