Apartment at Ranheim

Very nice host. Clean and cozy apartment. Good location. Heated floor in bathroom.

On the day of my arrival, I was a bit confused because no one had sent me any information on how to get into the booked apartment. However, the host was there to meet me, and everything was fine.

Owner was very nice and polite. Apartment was clean as expected.

Lovely furnishings and good kitchen items. Nice bathroom.

Misleading advert. This is not a one bedroom studio it’s just a studio in one room so not ideal unless same family. Cloth in the sink to try to combat the known drip but annoying to have to deal with that.

The apartment itself (interior) is nice but the fact that it’s in the basement was a huge disappointment.

All the apartments we rented (3 units) were in the basement which was not mentioned in the description. The photos were misleading. The actual apartment was nice but dark. The outside of the building was not well maintained and the entrance just was not appealing. It doesn’t make you feel like you are on vacation. We told the property owner that we will be arriving late. The “reception” person lives in the building opposite to the rental property and she was not happy that we got there 9pm.
