Yama Wine Spa and Suites

אין מילים!! לאור הביקורות המעולות שקראנו על המקום הזמנו את יחידת דלאקס (גפן). אמנם הציפיות שלנו היו גבוהות מאד, אבל עדיין לרמת אירוח כל כך גבוהה לא ציפינו... המקום יפהפה עם עיצוב מיוחד והנוף פתוח ומשגע, מרפסת פנורמית מטורפת עם גקוזי חם מאד מול הנוף!!. החשיבה על כל פרט הכי קטן מעוררת השתאות של ממש. החל מגודל הטלויזיות, נקיון, נשנושים ויין, נוחות המזרונים והכריות... ועד העוגיות הביתיות, כרזות מצחיקות שתלויות בשירותים, מיני בר מפנק ועשיר, ואפילו משחת שיניים ששכחנו בבית... הכל מהכל. הזמנו עיסוי זוגי שהיה מעל ומעבר, מפנק ומקצועי (ואנחנו עושים הרבה). לקחנו גם פלטת גבינות וארוחת בוקר שהיו (איך לא?)- מושלמים. מעל כל זה קיבל אותנו עמית המנהל ממש כמו חבר ותיק, והיה זמין במיידי לכל שאלה. שירות מכל הלב וזה מורגש בכל פינה ופינה במקום. זכרון יעקב מקום יפהפה ונעים והמושבה הזו זכתה בצימר שאין כדוגמתו. מקום מרגש לחזור אליו בכל הזדמנות!! איזה כיף שגילינו אתכם.

היינו רוצים לחזור כל שבוע. אבל אי אפשר :)

Amazing location. Amit provided quality service. Options for wine, breakfast and massages if desired.

One of the most beautiful places we stayed in. Beautiful decor with attention to every small detail. It wasn´t a planned stay and we booked it the night before. Amit, the owner, contacted us to suggest we arrive earlier to watch the sunset. We were not able to, however, walking into the unit, the heat was on (it was a chilly night), candles (electric) were on as well as the fireplace. There was a (complementary) bottle of wine with glasses to welcome us. Every single detail said "welcome". We met with Amit the next morning before we left, such a nice guy! Wished we could stay another night but it didn't work out with our schedule. We will be back!

The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well thought out, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the host was available and inquired several times if we needed anything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have no complaints regarding the property.
