That beach where the Villagio is located is a jewel: clean, calm, warm and shallow water; we even got to see Dolphins in the bay at the evening! The private parking is very convenient, and the facilities include a minimarket that's actually cheaper than the market that's in the street. The staff is very friendly and even with a lot of customers they do their best to remember you and help you whenever you need help (even what you usually order in the Restaurant). It's vicinity to Peschici is very convenient for visiting the old town.
The cleanliness: Unfortunately the apartment felt like it had not been cleaned in all of the summer. Getting there (and out) is very tricky because of the wavy roads up and down the hill, even loud in the morning as this causes that the campers and bus drivers honk at the curves to warn other drivers as they climb or descend the hills.
