Casa Di Antonio

The apartment was beautifully clean, had character, was quite well-equipped and is close to the local restaurants and bars of the Polignano a Mare old town. Many are in Via Roma which is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is quiet and picturesque, and the sea wall is within sight of the balcony. Polignano a Mare is a gem. We were lucky enough to be there when the Cliff Diving World series was on and it was humming. Some small, sandy beaches are located a short distance to the north and are quieter than the beach in town.

The flat is well suited to a family but slightly less so for two couples due to the location of the second bathroom, though we knew this when we booked. The stairs are very steep and dark for nighttime visits to the toilet!
